The Effect of Hairdresser's Maturity on Customer Orientation and Work Performance

In this study, a total of 311 questionnaires were used through SPSS 21.0 to analyze the effect hairdresser maturity on customer orientation and work performance. The results survey are as follows. First, hairdressers was two dimensions: psychological job maturity, three problem-solving orientation, response appearance performance organizational individual Second, it found that had positive(+) performance, no effect. Summarizing above, will affect improvement hairdressers' participation in education, portfolio, individualism. This study is expected be basic data for improving hairdressers, studied with various variables subdivided by age group future.
